Ananya founded Replant three years ago with a simple yet powerful mission: to support local refugees. In working closely with refugee women, she discovered the significant challenges they face, particularly regarding menstruation. Having personally experienced difficult menstruation, Ananya empathized deeply with the struggles these women endure in refugee camps. Determined to find a sustainable solution, she began reaching out to menstrual cup companies to explore program implementations. As the initiative gained momentum, she also expanded its focus to include low-income women. Through Replant, women are empowered to support one another, and local high school and college students have found a meaningful way to contribute to the cause. Ananya is excited about Replant's future achievements and the continued impact it will have on the community.
