Replant is a public charity under the Internal Revenue Code (IRS) section 170.

Replant is exempt from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRS) Section 501(c)(3). Donors can deduct contributions they make to Replant under IRS section 170.

We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devices, transfer or gifts under Section 2055, 2106 or 2522.
